Design Consultations - in home - $200 initial consultation; hourly
rates
Furniture placement, color, window treatments? Do you struggle with making
choices with décor? An initial design consultation will walk you
through the steps you need to take to create a beautiful, comfortable
environment. You pick the focus of the consultation-paint chips, fabric
swatches or creating a shopping list-these appointments can be customized
to fit your needs!
Feng Shui/Healing Space Consultations - in home - $300
Your home is a mirror of your life. All your goals and obstacles are reflected
in your space. Feng shui, organization and design are tools that you can
use to gain balance in your environment. They can also help you overcome
obstacles and reach your goals. In this three-hour consultation, we will
address these tools and how to apply them to your space. We will look
at the emotional significance of your choices. We will discuss your home
in detail and make a game plan that creates results. This consultation
includes a two-hour follow up within six months. Available for work places

Feng Shui/Design Mini Consultation - in shop - $50
Bring in a copy of your floor plan for one room in your home. We will
discuss layout, colors, style and use of space. This consultation is a
great approach for people who want “just a little help”, or
have one focus they would like to discuss.
Handyman Services - hourly rates
Do you have a repair or remodeling job? From picture hanging to tile laying,
we can help you out.
Decorative Painting
Rates vary per job. Through the art of mural and decorative
painting, you can introduce color and creativity into your home.

HomeStaging
$200-initial consultation, hourly rates.
Putting your house on the market? An initial consultation provides you
with a list of things you can do to make your property appeal to potential
buyers. We discuss de-cluttering, simplifying the space, creating vignettes
and reassigning the use of space. Other services include junk hauling,
color consultations and personal shopping.
Custom Built Items
What can we design and build for you? A privacy screen, a table, a custom
painted door…Tell us your needs and your budget and walk away with
a unique, hand-created piece.
